When are sewer bills sent out?
Residential sewer bills are mailed quarterly—in February, May, August, and November.
How is my sewer bill calculated?
If you live in the Cedar Park Pump Station District, your bill includes:

A usage charge based on your water consumption

How long do I have to pay my bill?
Bills are due within 30 days of the billing date. Late payments are subject to:

A 10% APR penalty

A $5.00 administrative fee
What happens if my account becomes delinquent?
If your account is 60 days or more overdue, it will be referred to the Township Solicitor’s Office for collection. Continued non-payment may result in a lien placed on your property until the balance is paid in full.
Do renters receive sewer bills directly?
No. Williams Township only issues sewer bills to property owners, not renters.
What should I do if the property changes ownership?
If you’ve recently bought or sold a property, please contact the Easton Suburban Water Authority at 610-258-7181 to update the meter information associated with the property.
