How do I obtain a license for my pet dog?

Please click on this link provided by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture to print a form:

Then you must take this form to the Northampton County Courthouse for processing.
You may also visit the Center for Animal Health and Welfare at 1165 Island Park Road, Easton, PA 18042 to obtain a License, please bring proof from your Vet that your dog is current on his Rabies Vaccine.
